Yes, not all claims have gone in the favor of TPL. Furthermore, the reex. of the 584 showed us that there is still a risk we should not underestimate. However, Wolf showed in the colored phrases of the MH ruling that there went not much against TPL.

We all should be very careful, based on our avialable information, to give any evidence which side won or lost. Not to forget, each side still has a chance to disprove results of a reexamine or MH rulings etc.
