It seems that the market would see the court ruling with the markman and react in a postive way.... yet the stock price moved very little.... I know markets do not like uncertianty.... but in other cases I have stock prices rise.... I am long PTSC and have been but the market did not seem to view the markman as a great win.... just a question???
