and if so, then, we stand a much better chance of getting that claim by Judge Ward reversed on appeal.

as you say the 336 is our bread and butter and so far so good.

I am hoping that the delays in settlement really have to do with the dollar amount we want and the possiblility that the J3 are "choking" on it.  lol
