even if we "lost" on one claim in our 584 the REST of the claims are Still enforceable.

and remember: when the examiner has questions regarding the claims against us, HE/SHE will be ASKING US not PUBPAT or the Defendents.

So as I've stated before this gives us the chance to educate/teach/clarify the 584 terms/technology/novelty.

Sometimes the patent owners request the reexam themselves as a "do over" chance to Validate "once" again, their patents.
