This IMO is way better than asking for Summary Judgment at this point. We show we are the good guys, we give in on the '584, believing we don't even need it here and we ask the court to "take away their bats in this ballgame" as another poster here just said. This motion almost reads, to me, as proof of a need for the '336 & '148 patents, with all the other patents trying to get a handle on the best processor design...........if its all that easy and obivous...LOL..........well, Moore and Fish got it right ! 

Perfect timing after the document dump, which set the court up to  approve this motion, IMO.

This would do the next best thing to a MSJ , and give us a next logical step to ask for such, and have a good reason. Very Nice.
