I guess I was addressing the appropriateness issue also. I believe that the SEC release is an appropriate venue to make a request for shareholder comment. I creates an avenue for concerned shareholders to voice their opinions. A more public release would be an invitation for anyone to express their point of view on how the company should be run and would require management to spend more time addressing these issues than, for example, spending time finding and signing another Holocom.
