Keep in mind that we did not sue ARM originally.They chose to enter the fray on behalf of their customers so, we may, or may not wanted their 10 M files at the time. IMO the defendants were trying to deludge us in paperwork. I think we may have bitten off more than we could chew with the vastness of the scope of infringement.
