IMO, ARM could care less about everyone else if they can get off the hook for their indemnification, they may even help prove infringement on others if they can get a way out for themselves. This would , IMO, be a good twist behind the scene and it would explain the language in a couple of the filings about the stipulated non infringement. It could work out to our advantage if we make such a deal with ARM, if we know that it would not hurt us going after other future infringers. TPL's reverse EE process would be the key to know if making such a deal can help or hurt, for they are finding out the workings of the infringers. If the EE's say they all find out everyone else uses ARM's core designs "tweaked" to the right so to speak or other '336/'148 tweaks, then let's make a sweetheart deal with ARM and go after everyone else while ARM wipes the sweat of their brow and drinks champaign.  It sure would be a boom shell to have ARM testify for the plaintiff at trial showing the difference why ARM does not infringe  but everyone else does.
