You are probably right about how PTSC will have to pay DM for all fees on top on the contingency fee (though I hope Ron will confirm one way or the other). Thus, you are also right that the actual revenues collected by PTSC may be very close to what PTSC gets. I would think EDIG 60%, and, as we KNOW, PTSC 50%. So a 10% difference. Of course I say this because PTSC is likewise incurring legal costs to Alliacense and T&T for legal efforts, thus "balancing" what EDIG will have to pay for such services.
I personally like PTSC's chances better, and have placed my bet accordingly. (Psst, don't tell ANYONE, but my hope is to score some from PTSC soon, and dump a bunch into EDIG and ride that train again - to PTSC-dom. Keep mum!).
