Ok, so we rule that out as a possible reason for no marketing effort.

Perhaps, somewhere in the master agreement between TPL/PTSC there are restrictions. I recall that all PR's by PTSC had to be be screened by TPL. Kind of a self imposed quiet period.

I do believe that TPL was cautious about possible legal aspects due to erroneous PR's.

That would have been 12-15 months ago.
