Nope. But they will be less than 40-45% I suspect. G&A is around $125k/month, I believe. I'm unfamiliar with CA corporate taxes, as well as Fed, though I could see them approaching 35-40%. Perhaps one of our tax gurus can chime in. Those were rough numbers I used to make a point. I even made some addition errors throughout (pretty sad when I have degrees in Math and Accounting, in addition to Business Management). But you are correct, I should have said "gross profit" or "revenue", not "net profit".
Thanks for pointing this out though. Gotta pay the tax man! But you can leave off G&A - that's an expense/write-off.
