Perhaps I have taken that company statement wrong, but I believe they were referring to the disclosure of dollar amounts/settlement terms. Since each new licensee is an unique event, I would think they must disclose. But unless the dollar value is considered "unusual", it won't be disclosed. Just my take....and I KNOW nuttin'.
