Thanks Ron, but I did read and reread and rereread the pacer document posted by Wolf.  it was those supplemental filings that Wolf said he could email if you wanted that I was hoping for a short summarization to determine their import.  yes being lazy but not as lazy it it would seem if you thought I couldnt even study the recent pacer.  good summary though. 

by the way, the sealed documents that ARM/Toshiba submitted, are  those typically for judges eyes only or does TPL get to see them?
