My valued analysis (!, but thank you!) on the PACER is a big yawn - pretty much what we should have expected.

And I suspect Ward will go along depending on court schedule (i.e., if there is an "opening" in 45 days after current date, he might rule it, otherwise who knows when - and I find that a necessary evil).

I would be surprised if he denied, unless the denial was coupled with sanctions against the defendants (causing the delay) such that there is less pressure on us. And deep down, that's what I'd really like to see happen - take away their guns and force a battle.
