Thanks, fatwollit. I agree! I really appreciate the outstanding dialogue on Marketing. It is an area that sorely needs to be addressed now and in the future. I hope Jim Turley has the chance/opportunity to consider the messages/concerns of many.
This is a really trying/irritating time for long term or even short term investors. At first glance, PTSC seems to be a great investment for patent lawyers and then regular lawyers and then individuals who want to take the time to analyze in great detail the probability of a great company in the true beginnings of its development. Getting the message to the regular shareholder is difficult. People fear the law. They know that what appears to be an obvious win for the plaintiff can turn on a dime and go in the other direction. There are as most of you know better than I, many positives to this investment.
Jim Turley appears to be a very honest man. The BOD seems very trustworthy. This means a lot in an OTC stock. Changes need to be made to the BOD. This is going to happen. Some may need to leave but many others need to be brought on board. Jim Turley is going to accomplish this. We have not been well marketed to the tech world and this is the key to PTSC success. If the techies begin to really tak interest this company will blossom.
Our relationship with TPL has been extraordinarily positive with some negatives. If you've noticed, they never mention their relationship with us as we are the ugly stepchild. They control what we can say or do in some circumstances. Positively, they have and will continue to produce great revenue for PTSC. We should only look at them as are our first and greatest revenue stream. Second, Holocom. Third, other acquisitions and financial initiatives to bring in revenue. This is being accomplished with a skelton crew, no debt and by October one of the most financially sound OTC available. Fantastic. I believe change is coming. I really like David Pohl. Many don't. He is a lawyer but seems to have uncommen horse sense. He can pick winners. He has been correct in many cases. Jim Turley, one of his picks, is really excited. He says, don't mess with me I'm going at this full bore, advancing steadily to meet the objectives he has lined up for the company. This is the excitement that he will bring to Arch, even if handcufed by the litigation.
Cheers, Oscar
