Today was a miniscule victory for PTSC/TPL but a victory nonetheless. 

Was there a time when PTSC's SP actually reflected these small victories?  If my memory serves me correct, we would have seen a small surge in volume and possibly a modest rise in the SP a few years ago. 

New signings don't give us much of an SP boost anymore but at least there's typically an increase in volume which indicate that people are paying attention to what's going on. 

 The PR team certainly has their work cut out for them.
