I have to believe that "all" PR is being muzzled by TPL during this crucial time. 

Yep, IMO, we are making progress.  Three months ago many here, myself included, stated the pending Markman ruling, post Markman litigation, and the warrant conversion were the "best guesses' as to why the pps was not heading north with each multi-million dollar license. 

Today, we KNOW the Markman was positive and the S & L warrants will be converted within a few months.  The only remaining "old" impediment is the settlement or trial.  Obviously, a major concern Wall Street.  

One day we'll get a few answers.  Unfortunatly, that day may be well into the football season.  While we wait, I guess we'll just have to see how good the SEC is this year.  lol (hint: kinda like our share price -- understated without proper respect)
