I think you may have to make sure of your definition of "late". It may be that we were not "late" when we filed for an extension and then filed before the extension deadline. Note in your paste of the SEC guidelines, it says "once Nasdaq learns that an OTCBB issuer is delinquent in filing a Periodic Report, it will append an "e" to the end of an issuer's trading symbol "

We have only had the e added once. I would research it myself, but am cramped for time right now.
