Don't get me started on building anything!  We moved into our new home last weekend -- 3 months late.  Our offices were 5 months late and our DC will be about 9 months late.  The building craze in the Nashville area and especially our side is still rockin'. 

As for PTSC's marketing, it has certainly not been wild and crazy brand building.  I guess, they don't really have much to work with other than corporate statements about IP licenses and that does not answer the obvious question from a potential spec investor, "Dude, what's up with all the legal crap?  What if PTSC does not win?" or the more DD involved, "Hey Homes, when are these S & L VC cowboys going to take their ball and go home?"  PTSC might be able to answer the latter, but not the former.  

IMO, it will take strong Q reports (several in a row) if we don't get a HUGE settlement prior to Jan. If I had to bet on it, around Thanksgiving we should have something real for which to be very thankful -- and that's my WAG.  I just don't see this going to court, but stranger things have happened in the land of PTSC and we know Toshiba is more than a little pissy these days.  They may want to play "ninja rules" with the end coming only after death.  I do a little OEM work at a China factory where Toshiba doniminates the capacity.  The factory claims they are very tough to work with on day-to-day stuff.  As with all mean ole copy cats, their day will come.  We just don't know which day.
