Not being a lawyer, it seems like whom ever loses if we go to trial will appeal...................This could drag on for how long.?

Since both sides know this and it has become a " who will blink first" contest, it does seems like we will see a settlement...........PTSC if a victor in court will then have them linning up / big dollars / even though there could be an appeal.......

So it seems like both sides want to claim victory......How could we lose and still win big...............Larry
