I'd wouldn't mind knowing what price was paid without having to wait three months and digging through a 10-Q to find out. By knowing the details I could say whether the BOD represented my best interests or not on this particular subject. Then I could put that into context in regards to the BOD's handling of the company. My investments are always under constant evaluations regardless of time frames.
