on why the details of the warrant purchase was left in the dark (to possibly be discovered in the following 10-Q down the road)? I found keeping the terms secret unnecessary and disrespectful to the shareholders. I hope it's nothing but a market price decision, but in light of any BOD personel movements and SHM posturing, I'm looking to consider other options out there.
