I certainly appreciate Ron's input, but I do not believe he responded to the question.  Which was "What in the world could MEI offer TPL to agree to settle this matter before the court?" Is TPL looking to be mr nice guy in the eyes of the court? This is a very important motion, and I would think that TPL would put MEI's feet to the fire on this one.  Will TPL let MEI ammend is obviousness claims?  If not, then what? Sorry, but I find it hard to believe that this is just a friendly 'working things out'  amongst ourselves, as Ron is hinting. Heck MEI had plenty of time to respond anyway.  My 2 cents. and may not even be worth that.  Opti
