SGE, I'm not talking about today specifically or yesterday or last week.  I'm referring to the relentless downward pressure that pushed us from the 60's to the 50's to our present mid-40 range.  We've revisited the 40's so many times know wonder investors stay on the sidelines.  They probably stay out assuming their chances to get in low again are good, who knows?  The volume has been tight know doubt about it but, there's always just enough selling to keep strong downward pressure on us.

Now, let's forgot about the S/P it's out of our hands.  I want talk about yesterdays interview.  I posted my opinion of it shortly after it was done.  I felt Mr. Turley missed a valuable opportunity to really inform people about our story.  If I had been an investor who had never heard PTSC's story, yesterdays interview would have felt somewhat misleading.   If they followed up with DD the full story would have appeared somewhat convoluted.  No mention of joint owner ship, pending litigation, positive Markman etc..  Saying that we partnered up with TPL instead of informing listeners they held 50% ownership of the patents was inaccurate.  I also felt like not mentioning over $100 million in revenue from 20 licensee's was a missed opportunity.  He should also have informed people that we had received a favorable Markman further validating what we believe is a solid portfolio of patents.

What really struck me was his statement regarding R&D.  I have no problem with venturing out but, that most definitely wasn't the direction we have been lead to believe the company was heading.  If we are about to embark on another R&D adventure I want all that divy money back!  R&D spells one thing, "CASH".  We do not have the capital for JV's, acquisitions, buy backs and R&D.  It left me feeling like now more than ever PTSC is hanging it's hat on one thing, Marshall, Texas.  I'm not against Mr. Turley, I want him to succeed beyond our wildest expectations.  I'm trying to understand what mgmt is looking fore going forward.  We all have a financial stake in this company.  It is very prudent to ask questions regarding our direction and to understand statements made by our CEO.  What are your thoughts on his R&D statement?  Whether it was referring to now or down the road, it's still a change in direction from what we had been told.
