The Holocom statement was really a rebuttal to "octtrader". He implied that during the interview Mr. Turleys statement about the number of employees included Holocom. I'm not sure that is correct. I don't know why Turley would infer they are employees of PTSC. I think octtrader was under the impression they are. Not sure, you would have to ask him. Now as far as control goes, I was only going by memory. I thought the information available on Holocom stated that PTSC would maintain majority interest in common shares but would not have voting power regarding company decisions. I may not be remembering that correctly, I'll have to check.

I'm not excited to hear PTSC and R&D mentioned in the same sentence. There track record in that arena isn't good. I like the idea of being a holding company much better. I would rather have Turley use his tech expertise and our cash to buy those companies better suited to be in the R&D business. I can only hope that is what he meant but, it clearly wasn't what I heard.
