Good post, Larry. Thank you for sharing some personal experiences with us to make your point.

You know, we have become like a family, and we all know families don't always get along. I, too, hope that when the climate on the board has improved, Ron will feel that he can return and continue to generously share his time and his expertise with us. Until then, hopefully, we can all start to practise good manners, tolerance and integrity in our dealings with each other.

We all know why we're here. To quote one of our good posters, "May Patriot bring us all a pot of gold!". :-)
