I didn't say Swartz wanted to reduce their risk by selling, I simply look at the decreasing numbers of warrants and shares and try to find an explanation for this, nothing more.

And I don't think the dividends will continue - I guess, they've been the sweeties for Swartz to accept a new Patriot without Swartz.

But as I said, just IMHO, and we might see new numbers in the next proxy. If S&L are still in the list as beneficial owner I stand corrected.
