One of the reasons I says this is:

In 0ne of the Pacer filings the defendants claimed that Fish was not the inventor, but just a marketing guy. Now they want the documents and Higgins testimony (or what he would have said) that Patriot was going to use to prove that Fish was the sole inventor.

They are just Fishing ( Pun intended)
