I think that about covers it. Looks like grasping at straws by the defense to me. On another issue, I wonder if you have a link or any other information regarding David Pohl's wife's purchase of 700,000 shares at or around .62 per? I thought there was a form four filed on it but I can't find. Would appreciate any information you have on this.
