I agree inasmuch, that I also think some people like Mr. Pohl know a little more than others. I doubt, that they always know whats going on the market in case of sellers/buyers.

I think the PTSC-game is well played by the involved parties and there is somthing like a system beyond that. I was mentioned a couple of days ago, that even PTSC has no big interest in a higher share price due to the buyback prg., warrant conversation......
