I also think head's opinion it a little bit disproportionated!

However, somes thought cannot be dismissed easily. I am also a little bit confused to get a new BOD member "just2 comming from alliancense. It's like an in and out game between our involved parties TPL, Alliacense, PTSC.........

Why doesn't get a new guy comming from a different company out side this duo/triple a chance to enter?

We are inside a controlled circle: CEO Pohl moves to the PTSC board; Jim Turley moves from the board as a CEO; Dr. Nich Tredennick moves from the Alliacense advisory board to the PTSC BOD...and so on......
