Slight disagreemenet with what you say.

R&D, I believe is one of the keys according to Jim Turley. I believe they will be looking at an R&D company to acquire to build up our patent portfolio. Both of these guys have expertise, especially Dr. Nick in evaluating and assisting start up type companies to complete their mission, i.e, Nexgen, Motorola inventions. They know the people and the product deliverables.
