TPL withdraws motion to strike....

Just because they withdraw the motion to strike. we will still get a ruling correct??... I think this is an effort to get ARM out of the picture which will make the process less confusing... with ARM out of the picture maybe MEI will settle remember portion already setttleed... still waiting for some good news on the legal front.....
