Saul Albom specifically asked JT if the company was going to plow revenue back in to R&D.  JT stated that Patriot had recently payed three dividends, but he would like to plow the money back into R&D once again.  I think the dividends might be suspended soon and this was JT's way of telling shareholders what his preference is. (Providing he can convince the board and S&L.) Possibly one more divy, then the monies go back into developing something he has in mind??
