After giving this subject more thought, it came to me that PTSC is not a very easy entity to understand.  Even longtimers here do not fully comprehend much of what we think we know.   Markman, motions, TPL, Fish, warrants, etc....  Perhaps that is a big part of our problem in attracting new investors. Just way too difficult to understand what you are buying.  Not sure how you get around that, but unless you do know about all this stuff, you certainly would not know what you own.  And if you go in blindly, only to learn some of this stuff later, you might be inclined to take you loss and chalk it up to lesson learned.  Wonder if that is what is happening?  IMO Opty
