Hey, whats happening and what do you think of the Pacer?

Ron is on indefinite absence. I did joke around that you would need to take his place since you aren't a friend of PTSC but we need some lawyerly insight (not incite): what do you think of this most recent Pacer? Are they grasping for straws? Is settlement close?
