Why hasn't this tech been implemented if it is so far and away better than those stellar names you see on that list?? Probably because the competition is fierce, and competitors wanted to do it "in house" to reap the max reward.

Is it because we have never had a good tech salesman? Maybe, but you'd have to admit that it would be awful hard to market a product, no matter how superior, in a very competitive market when the company was on the verge of bankruptcy. Buyers check out suppliers and if supply is questionable you go elsewhere. But they didn't do much in the way of licensing either.

Is it because we did not have the right connections? With SHBoom, we were hooked up with Wind River Systems and Sun and other lesser-knowns, but nothing ever came of it.

Is this proprietary or does it fall under the MMP patents that we can't bring some of our own litigation against possible infringers? As I mentioned in a previous post, per a document we've seen (Fish/Higgins letter?), it was stated that several of the MMP patented tech was NOT incorporated into the SHBoom. I just don't recall specifically which ones (or ALL).
