I rather have the approx. 8 million / .02 divi in cash on hand to strengthen PTSC by way of aquisition/merger etc. , then maybe we can get off the OTC.

Divi's didn't do to much for the share price in the past for the long run. For those who bought more share with divi, well we could have waited and then have bought at discounted price anyways.
