Getting a CFA is a tough gig and I respect anyone who has gone through the process. But as the board knows, I'm a big shares OS type of guy. It appears in the initial report in 2006, he's using basic "issued and outstanding" shares for OS (369 million) but in today's report he's using "diluted" shares for OS (413 million)
