Have you or anyone else given any thought as to why any company would license the MMP at this point in time? I was not expecting anything until either trial results, settlement or USPTO feedback. Trial still dragging on in Texas, USPTO could come out with some decisions at any moment, and if you combine that with the pps action of PTSC, one would get the impression that the street is not so sure about PTSC surviving the Texas trial or the USPTO reexam. So did TPL make an offer Leggo could not refuse? (how low can you go type) And if they did, why? TPL could care less about any PTSC marketing campaign. IMHO Opty
