This is just half of the truth!!

- Why to selll MMP licenses cheap if you can do it in the beginning of 2008 wirh higher rates? depneds on TX!

- Why to have a high sahre price? buyback is more expensive, warrant conversation is more expensive..........

The market really doesn't care of an EPS groth etc. Also, deals are not worth to bring out a PR. The market wants to know the final decision in TX and maybe furthermore of PUPAT. That's all and afterwards the EPS groth could be discussed!
