The granting of a license to LEGO comes after the announcement of the license granted to Groupe Bull in early July, and three days before the end of Patriot Scientific's first quarter of FY5/31/2008. As is usually the case, no dollar amount of revenue is ascribed to the LEGO license; however, we surmise that the license fee would not be too large, since LEGO's computer-based products are a small percentage of LEGO's total revenue. Patriot Scientific's common stock remains mired in the mid $0.40 per share range, closing yesterday at $0.46 per share. Since the announcement of the LEGO license came after the close, a response may be seen today. The Speculative Buy Rating and the $0.75 price target is reiterated for Patriot Scientific.
