Message: One reason we can't find a merger partner

You, imo, are thinging backwards. We are never a candidate to be bought out. There is a clause in the master agreement that says if we get bought out that the patents go to TPL alone. The outstanding will have nothing to due with us buying out someone else with cash. NOW, for the sake of arguement I have thought that taking half of our shares away from us and giving them to TPL would be OK to merge with them and make one public company that owns the entire MMP out right. I would support that, then we would be worth twice as much so owning half as many shares would not matter. We really could buy out someome then. HOWEVER, then there would not be the safey of that master agreement, (poision pill language) for the patents to go to the other partner if buy out were to happen. THEN , maybe we would be a "candidate" but at a much larger scale that not many could touch.
