Our agreement with TPL is a done deal it can not be overthrown.

The only thing I can think of is, if they can prove one or the other inventors as not be an inventor, then perhaps they can invalidate the original patent application. Other than that, I have no idea what, or why, it is all going on with the Higgins thing.

With all the money that is involved they are going to leave no rock, or lawyer unturned. Snoop and find, they hope they get lucky. I think not. JMHO.
