"...discussing or rehashing the past is part of DD..." Yeah- if you are a journalist and must report all of the facts objectively. You are long and all of this discourse-albeit some of it simplistic and some not -is no doubt contributing to the education of the opposition on this delicate subject. And yeah- it may be in the public domain blah blah blah but c'mon. Why give them the outline and the rough draft od what happened back then? The Higgins decision went against "us" back then. The "us" has changed now TPL and PTSC are co-owners of the MMP. All of this rehashing is to the benefit of the opposition. Has anyone thought to ask TPL if it is OK to go over and over the Higgins timeline with respect to their case? I think they would politely tell you to keep a lid on it until the decisions are handed down or an equitable settlement is reached. "We" already know the story. Why show your cards before the hand is over? Jeeeeesh! You guys don't get it. The decision went against Patriot shareholders once. What makes you think it won't go against Patriot shareholders again with the J2.5 having the whole story outlined word for word here on the PTSC board? Who needs bashers when we have "longs" who can't stop trying to impress one another with their massive understanding of the Higgins debacle? Sorry, but somebody needed to say it. Bring on the thumbs down!
