Patent importance rating asked....A: all valued the same ...whole patent package is licensed at once...

1.License fees valuations for the future... A: First movers get a "discount" those who drag their feet pay more

2.Are patents viable in todays industry...A Patents are quite fundamantal and used now and in the foreseeable future

3.If 2015 is the end date of patents why not just drag it out till 2016 A: Longer they drag it out the more they pay, considers it unethical and maybe illegal

4.Second revenue stream...A:Could be software/IP or even physical product

5. Other companies likely to follow our licensing plan...A: Yes others do now and will in the future but our patents stand alone with no competitors for our technology

6. What about holdout potential licensees. ..A: Initially lot of holdouts and seems that those notified "without exception" say  "You're right we infringe" No mention of current court cases by defendant name

7. What about second revenue stream how soon...A: Analyzing all the time would like to see it over the next 12-18 months

8.Stock price seems very cheap what about institutional investment..A: Asked to have that sataement repeated about the price being so low and that we have little or no institutional investment
