Jim was a real salesman, promoter which is all that we can ask. Maybe a little truth stretching but he is showin/displaying the active, energetic CEO that he is.
Issues:
1. We are sitting in limbo with our main revenue stream.
The question is will we end up in heaven or hell?
a. Mediation
b. USPTO decision
c. Trial if mediation doesn't work
d. Most investors want to bet on a thing that shows loads of potential. Jim presented as such but the questioneers ask why so cheap?
2. Acquisition.
a. Investors want to see the growth. Another way to attack this is to show we are on the verge of another major transition which is definitely true.
b. They want to see the growth vehicle and the future revenue picture. They don't need to see it in black and white but they need to see potential. This is the trick in any company like Apple. They keep reinventing themselves. Now, $200 off, a major change. Jobs is a marketing genius.
c. Jim is keeping acquisition under wraps to everyone but the BOD and even then probably on a need to know basis. Institutions want to know what are you going to buy? If they smell delay on acquiring, they see one revenue stream for the foreseeable future that is presently in limbo. They want to see how we are going to develop as a holding company with real companies under our wings.
d. Patience is still needed. USPTO OK would be a major SP multiplier. Mediation/ or winning at trial would be another. Winning both of these, the stock would be selling for $4-$5 a share. This could happen soon or we could be waitingfor a few months.
Selling started immediately today. 50K and probably more in the first 10 minutes. This has to be warrants. There is little money to be had in this minor reduction in price so it must be warrant holders IMVHO.
All of the above is known by everyone who studies the stock. My interest is in staying in focus and not being swayed by the bad weather. It will come and go as long as the ship remains afloat. I only wish I could buy more right now . I began buying more at .58, .53, .48, .46. I missed out on this lower price. If it is not warrants, and is BOD members selling options that would hurt??? There is nothing that would indicate a reason, based on performance... none, nothing, nada, nothing.
Jim has a hard row to hoe no doubt. Several times he stated that he was spending a dramatic amount of time trying to find an acquisition. This is great and he has Dr. Nick to consult with and put in his 2 cents worth.
