I don't believe that there are any restrictions on S & L selling shares during the warrant buyback. And ion the bright side the low price helps us by lowering the cost of the buyback.

On the other had it could be the whims and vagaries of the marketplace that are driving the SP.

I will however dispute JT's assetion that supply and demand determine SP. As anyone with a background in economics can tell you, its the market faeries that determine share price.
