IMHO... It is never good to buy a stock that just tested/broke its low... I would put a stock like this on my rader... and watch... INHO we will not get a lot of new buyers here.... looking @ level two and the BID/ASK the action it looked funny have heard of the over the counter stocks being controlled  by MM's the action seems to support this....
