NO dividends were an incentive to, if there were any warrants remaining,to certainly dispose of them now. I will be interested to see this next quarterly to see how, and when the final warrants were disposed of.  Was S/L given shares for their warrants, if so, then that would explain todays activity. Perhaps they had to dispose of them to meet 9.9% criteria. I would also be interested to see how many shares S/L have remaining.
